For the goat mask, I had a stroke of luck during a trip to Portugal. Up on a mountain, I met a local shepherd selling real horns from his goats (which had died of old age). I found the perfect pair at the exact right time. They were twisted, imperfect, and beautifully worn. They instantly captivated the clients, so we decided to create a mold of them for future skull mask designs.
Crafting the Ram Horns
When it came to the ram mask, the process required a different approach. I hand-sculpted the massive horns using Plastazote, carefully replicating their deep ridges, organic curves, and weathered details.
